Seeking a full-time Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant in Quincy, Illinois, covering Adams, Schuyler, Brown, and Pike counties.

Responsibilities include providing direct physical therapy services, following the Plan of Care, and instructing patients and families on devices and home programs. Must promote quality care, adhere to standards, and report changes to supervisors.

Requirements: graduate of an accredited PTA program, valid unrestricted license, 6+ months experience preferred, reliable transportation, ability to travel 50%, and physical capability to lift 50-100 lbs.
