Seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist in Enid, Oklahoma for an ongoing staff position.
Provide direct patient care, evaluate needs, and develop care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Lead and coordinate support staff, document evaluations, and adjust treatments as needed.
Promote the philosophy, mission, and quality standards of care within the organization.
Must have a current, unrestricted PT license, at least 1 year of healthcare experience, and be willing to travel up to 50%.
Requires physical ability to handle and lift patients, and work in high-stress, physically demanding environments.
