Seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for an ongoing staff position in Shelbina, Missouri.
Provide direct patient care, evaluate needs, and develop care plans to improve patient outcomes.
Design and implement therapy plans, document evaluations, and coordinate with support staff.

Must have a current, unrestricted PT license, graduate from an approved program, and at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
