Seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for an ongoing staff position in Shelbina, Missouri.
Provide direct patient care, develop and adjust care plans, and evaluate functional needs to ensure optimal outcomes.
Lead and coordinate with support staff, document assessments, treatment goals, and progress.

Must have a graduate degree from an APTA-approved program, valid PT license, and at least 1-year healthcare experience.
Travel within the coverage area (up to 50%) with dependable transportation.
