Job Description
Seeking a full-time Home Health Occupational Therapist for ongoing work in Waynesville, MO, covering Phelps, Pulaski, Maries, Crawford, and Dent counties.
Evaluate patients, develop and implement personalized care plans, and ensure quality and continuity of care.
Communicate findings, coordinate with team members, and instruct patients and families on daily activities, adaptive equipment, and safety.
Supervise clinical staff and provide direction to ensure adherence to care plans.
Requires an accredited OT degree, current license, at least 1 year of clinical experience, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel 50%.
Must be physically capable of handling patients and working in a high-stress environment.
