Job Description

Seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist for ongoing, full-time, part-time, or per diem roles in Laurinburg, NC.

Up to $5000 sign-on bonus for full-time.

Responsibilities include making home visits, evaluating patients’ functional and cognitive abilities, assessing home environments, developing personalized care plans, educating patients and families, and documenting care using electronic records.
