We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our Progressive Care Unit in Silverdale, WA.

Responsibilities include:
– Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care or preparing for discharge
– Monitoring patient vital signs and clinical status
– Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
– Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
– Educating patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
