Seeking a Float Physical Therapist in Chula Vista, CA for an ongoing staff position.
Provide rehabilitative services for injured, disabled, and diseased patients, aligning with injury management and occupational medicine practices.
Perform evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and support patient recovery through modalities, exercises, gait training, and hydrotherapy.
Ensure high-quality care, proper documentation, and compliance with regulations and policies.
Collaborate with medical staff, support multidisciplinary treatment, and educate patients on care and exercises.
Participate in professional development, clinical instruction, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Masterâs Degree in Physical Therapy, outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, and strong communication and customer service skills.
