Seeking a Family Medicine physician for a Primary Care Clinic in Edwardsville, IL, just outside St. Louis.

The role offers 100% outpatient practice, zero after-hours call, and a supportive environment with mentorship opportunities.

Work involves general wellness, sick visits, and preventative care for all ages, with a fully integrated EPIC EMR system.

Compensation ranges from $270,000-$300,000 with a 2-year guarantee, followed by wRVU-based pay, plus benefits like student loan reimbursement, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and malpractice insurance.

Open to new graduates and experienced physicians. Responsibilities include managing patient care, collaborating with care teams, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.

Minimum requirements: MD degree, board eligibility or certification, licensed physician, and less than 2 years experience.
