Job Description

Faith Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Wichita, KS, to provide skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients. The RN will develop and manage patient-specific care plans, assess patient conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Candidates must have a valid Kansas RN license, at least one year of hospice experience, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include competitive pay starting at $80,000, exceptional paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and a sign-on bonus up to $7,500. The position requires Monday to Friday availability with an on-call rotation.
