Job Description

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center is a Residential Health Care Facility dedicated to providing high-quality care through continuous improvement and community involvement. They prioritize the rights, needs, and concerns of residents, families, and staff, fostering a respectful and caring environment.

The center is seeking part-time and full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) for all shifts. Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care per state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Administering medication and providing wound care
• Implementing general nursing care according to facility policies
• Addressing issues in patient care plans for Nurse review
