Job Description

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for home-based therapy services in the Sharpstown/Braeburn areas of South Houston. This role can be Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Creating home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers.
• Maintaining patient documentation and meeting agency standards.

Requirements:

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
• Reliability and flexibility in resource management.
• Proficiency in workplace technology.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3+ years in pediatric Speech Language Pathology.
• Home-health experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
