Job Description

Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide quality nursing care for hospice and home care patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role emphasizes respect for patient dignity and confidentiality, regardless of socio-economic status or health issues.

Education: Graduate of a nursing school; completion of hospital and department orientation required.

Licensure/Certification: Valid LPN license from Indiana, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and current CPR certification are mandatory.

Experience: Minimum of two years in home care, oncology, critical care, med/surg, or nursing home settings.

Other Qualifications: Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds.

Location: Parkview Health – Hospice

Schedule: Full-time, nights (8 PM to 8 AM), eligible for a sign-on bonus.
