Job Description

Occupational Therapists at NAPA Center provide essential services to enhance the functional skills of clients, particularly infants, children, and adolescents with various diagnoses. The role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to improve fine and gross motor skills, play, social, and self-care abilities.

Requirements:

• OT degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in pediatrics.
• Background clearance, TB test, CPR/First Aid certification, and current OT license.
• Good physical health for manual handling tasks.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat motor and functional impairments in pediatric clients.
• Create tailored treatment plans and prescribe home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in professional development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage schedules effectively.
