Job Description

Job Title: Clinician (LCSW or LPC)

Department: Outpatient Clinic

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) or Part-time (16 hours/week) options available. Remote work possible after initial training for full-time staff.

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 – $5,000

Salary: $30,000 annually / $36.39 per hour

Responsibilities: Provide individual and group therapy, conduct assessments, manage caseloads, and document services in CareLogic software.

Qualifications: Must be a licensed LCSW or LPC in Connecticut with experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment. Bilingual preferred.
