Skaalen Retirement Services, recognized as one of the “Best Nursing Homes” by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a full-time Health and Wellness Nurse for its Heritage Center and Magnolia Gardens in Stoughton, WI. This role involves monitoring personal care services and medication administration, promoting resident health, and reporting changes in health status. Candidates must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) in Wisconsin, preferably with long-term care experience, and possess strong leadership and decision-making skills.
