Ebenezer is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join Aurora on France Transitional Care Unit (TCU) in Edina, MN, as the Director of Nursing. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $108K to $130K, based on experience, along with excellent benefits including performance bonuses, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Key responsibilities include ensuring quality nursing care, leading the nursing department, hiring and training staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. Candidates must have a current MN RN license, CPR certification, and 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Transitional Care.
