Weekend RN

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) for home health and hospice care, working weekends only (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). This role involves providing one-on-one patient care in their homes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and the patient’s physician.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responding to incoming calls and making necessary patient visits
• Coordinating care and conducting comprehensive assessments
• Initiating and revising care plans
• Providing wound care, IV therapy, medication management, and hospice care

Qualifications:

• Current RN license and nursing degree
• Preferred experience in home health, hospice, or acute care
• Strong clinical skills and reliable transportation
