Job Description

CPKC is seeking Qualified Conductors with at least 1 year of experience and 100+ trips on a Class 1 Railroad within the last 2 years. A $10,000 signing bonus is offered, contingent on a 2-year commitment. Conductors play a vital role in train operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while working outdoors in various conditions. Candidates must be physically fit, able to work unscheduled shifts, and possess strong communication skills. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.
