Job Description

This job involves performing evaluations and treatments while maintaining high-quality care. Responsibilities include setting clear, measurable goals tailored to individual patient needs, treating patients with respect and dignity, and motivating them to engage in therapy. The role requires creative therapy interventions to achieve positive outcomes and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs and develop care plans. Accurate documentation of patient progress is essential, along with effective use of the computer system in line with company policy. For outpatient positions, an active AHA CPR certification is required.
