Ambercare is seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their expanding hospice team in Espanola, offering competitive pay up to $39.00 per hour, immediate openings, mileage reimbursement, and a 401k match.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient and family caseloads, including assessments and care planning
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and physicians
• Conduct regular patient visits and maintain accurate records
• Supervise Home Health Aide care delivery

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license and CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required
