Job Summary: EveryStep is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy services aimed at enhancing patients’ functional abilities for daily self-care. The role includes evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Responsibilities also involve training staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, a valid Iowa OT license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Physical demands include medium work and flexibility in scheduling.
