Job Summary:

Community Health Network is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in Oncology to join the pharmacy team at the Cancer Center East in Indianapolis, IN. This role focuses on delivering safe and effective medications to cancer patients, participating in education, guideline development, and clinical research. Candidates should possess a PharmD, Indiana Pharmacist license, and preferably BCOP certification, along with PGY1 and PGY2 residencies in Oncology.
