Job Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, focusing on patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vital sign monitoring.
• Supporting patient mobility and positioning.
• Participating in care planning and implementing care plans.
• Feeding patients and recording intake/output.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in patient areas.
• Reporting changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
• Participating in quality improvement and orientation of new CNAs.
