Job Title: Adult Behavioral Health Home Coordinator

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

Join Catholic Charities of Maine’s Behavioral Health Network to support adults and families facing mental health and substance use challenges. As an Adult Behavioral Health Home Coordinator, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team, coordinating integrated behavioral and physical health services for members.
