The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy, have completed the National Certification Examination, and possess current state licensure or be license eligible.

Essential job functions include:

  • Providing physical therapy services and initiating referrals as needed.
  • Conducting regular screenings and evaluations of residents.
  • Coordinating treatment plans with residents, families, and team members.
  • Implementing treatment as outlined in the plan.
