San Luis Care Center in Alamosa, CO is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role involves providing direct rehab care in accordance with laws and Life Care standards, within a supportive environment and a network of over 200 skilled nursing facilities. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program, hold a current state license, and preferably have one year of post-acute care experience. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, overseeing care provided by assistants, maintaining patient confidentiality, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
