Job Description

Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist provides airway management services for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients, administering respiratory care procedures as per physician orders. Responsibilities include oxygen and aerosol therapy, intubations, arterial punctures, and mechanical ventilation. The Therapist evaluates treatment effectiveness and communicates with healthcare providers, aligning with the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist, NC Respiratory Care Practitioner, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required within one year of hire. An Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy and one year of clinical experience, preferably in neonatology and pediatrics, are also required.
