Job Title: LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

Sign-On Bonus: Full Time $4500, Part Time $2250

Responsibilities:

The LPN provides high-quality direct care to tenants under RN supervision, participates in care plan development, collects health data, and monitors unlicensed staff. All activities aim to support tenants’ well-being.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an approved nursing program
• Current Minnesota LPN license
• CPR and emergency care certification
