San Luis Care Center in Alamosa, CO is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. New graduates are welcome, and mentorship programs are available. The OT will provide direct rehab care in accordance with applicable laws and standards, and must be NBCOT certified and licensed in the state. Preferred candidates have one year of experience in post-acute care.
