Job Description

The House Shift Supervisor oversees nursing care for patients with complex medical conditions, rehabilitation, and wound care needs. This role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards. Key responsibilities involve assessing patient outcomes, conducting performance improvement activities, and developing comprehensive care plans. The position is classified as “safety-sensitive” under Oklahoma law, requiring adherence to drug testing policies. Candidates must be a licensed Registered Nurse with supervisory experience, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate effective communication. Certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS are required upon hire.
