OPEN POSITION: Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician

Department: Laboratory

Location: Cass City, MI

Hours: Full Time, Nights, Full Benefits

Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a full-time Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician to join our dedicated laboratory team. We value candidates with a positive attitude who are committed to providing high-quality patient services.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in MT/CLS/MLS
• Registered with ASCP or AMT-HEW, or registry eligible
• Experience in all laboratory areas
• Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory analyses in blood banking, coagulation, microbiology, hematology, urinalysis, and serology, ensuring compliance with standards and quality service.
