Palatka Center for Rehabilitation Healing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join their supportive team. The facility specializes in short-stay rehabilitation and long-term care, focusing on quality medical care and improving residents’ quality of life.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and coordinating nursing services for residents.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies.
  • Managing medication and supply inventory.
  • Conducting assessments of residents’ nursing needs.
  • Making staff assignments and encouraging training participation.

    • Qualifications include a nursing degree, two years of direct care experience, one year in a supervisory role, and current CPR certification.
