> REF:#403445c8fed2af33Job Summary: The Ultrasound Technologist will perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and interventional procedures under general supervision, ensuring patient care and safety. Responsibilities include assisting radiologists, maintaining records, and providing patient education. The role requires independent judgment and teamwork.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic imaging and assist in interventional procedures.
- Prepare reports and communicate with referring physicians.
- Ensure timely documentation in PACS and maintain equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and comply with safety protocols.
- Participate in departmental meetings and maintain accreditation standards.
Required Education & Experience: High school diploma, accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program, ARDMS certification in AB and OB, BLS certification, and preferred 2 years of clinical experience.
