Tractor Trailer Driver – RTD

Job Description

This job involves driving a tractor-trailer to designated locations and operating mechanized loading/unloading equipment. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED

Minimum Experience: Preferred six months of FedEx Express experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred.
• Experience with mechanized loading/GSE.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance.
• Customer contact and package handling experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and neat appearance required.

Job Conditions: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a medical exam and compliance with drug testing regulations. A valid CDL and hazardous materials endorsement are necessary.

Pay: Starting at $23.09 per hour.
