As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your responsibilities will include:

• Managing admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinating medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Administering medications and following center policies
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for optimal resident outcomes
• Reporting any abnormal changes in residents’ conditions
