Mammography Technologist, Per Diem

Job Description

AMI is hiring per diem Mammography Technologists for its expanding outpatient radiology practice. Responsibilities include:

• Performing mammography and radiologic/x-ray examinations per established technical standards.
• Ensuring patient safety and well-being, and responding to emergency codes.
• Providing informal supervision and guidance to non-technical staff.
• Utilizing clerical equipment for accurate record-keeping and documentation.

This position covers AMI offices in Vineland, Bridgeton, Sicklerville, Mullica Hill, Woolwich, and Deptford, with scheduling based on availability and needs. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registered with Mammography certification, and hold a valid NJ Radiologic Technologist license. CPR/BLS certification is required, and previous Dexa experience is preferred.
