Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility in Dayton, WA is seeking licensed Caregivers (CNA or HCA) to enhance the quality of life for residents in its four cottages. Each cottage accommodates up to 11 residents and offers varying levels of care. Opened in February 2023, the facility is part of a comprehensive health system, including a clinic and hospital.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Home Care Aides: $19.00 – $23.10/hour
• Certified Nursing Assistants: $20.00 – $24.10/hour
• Shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends
• $3,000 sign-on bonus
• Per diem shifts available

Applicants must have a CNA or HCA license in Washington State. The role involves providing total care, monitoring residents, and documenting changes.
