Job Description

Valley Stream is seeking a Mammography Technologist to join their team, primarily based in Valley Stream but covering Lynbrook, Elmont, and Hewlett as needed. This role involves operating mammographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring excellent patient care. Responsibilities include monitoring patient well-being, guiding them through procedures, and responding to physician inquiries. Candidates should possess ARRT(R)(M) certification, a state license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology, BLS certification, and preferably one year of diagnostic imaging experience. The position offers a pay range of $38.00 – $49.00 per hour, with weekend shifts on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
