Job Description

As the Regional Medical Director for Sollis Health in San Francisco, you will lead our flagship location, house calls, and virtual care divisions, providing both clinical care and administrative leadership in a 24/7 concierge medical center. This role involves advocating for patients, mentoring clinicians, and ensuring high-quality care. Responsibilities include managing a team, overseeing training, maintaining clinical quality, and collaborating with various departments to enhance patient experience. Candidates should have an MD, emergency medicine residency, and leadership experience. Compensation ranges from $440,000 to $475,000 annually, plus bonuses and equity.
