Boulder Post Acute is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN position. Join a passionate team dedicated to enhancing patient health and well-being. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Staff Occupational Therapist with patient care and activities.
• Documenting daily treatment and progress notes.
• Collaborating with health team members on patient plans.
• Training Restorative Aides and supporting families with discharge preparation.
• Maintaining the treatment area and reporting equipment issues.
