Job Description

Sunny Days is seeking Physical Therapists for part-time and independent contractor positions, offering competitive pay ($80-$90+ per hour for contractors, $60-$70 for part-time). Benefits include medical coverage for part-time employees, direct deposit, potential NJ sick time, paid admin time, and access to training and mentorship. The role involves providing services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays in various settings across New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide Physical Therapy services.
• Follow Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
• Coach families on intervention strategies.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

• New Jersey PT license.
• Experience in Early Intervention and pediatrics.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
