Job Description

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a home-based role in Central Northwest Houston/Greater Inwood. This position can be Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN within the North Houston Division.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical judgment.
• Creating home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborating with various healthcare providers.
• Maintaining patient documentation and meeting agency standards.

Requirements:

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
• Proficiency in workplace technology.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
