Sport and Spine Therapy of Marin, part of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a full-time clinical operations manager for their outpatient orthopedic clinic. Key responsibilities include overseeing clinic operations, managing a team of physical therapists, developing policies, monitoring patient outcomes, and maintaining relationships with referral sources. Candidates should possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, California licensure, and strong leadership skills. Desired experience includes prior clinical and managerial roles.
