This position involves providing intensive case management and problem-solving interventions for clients, coordinating community-based treatment, and participating in interdisciplinary service planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
- Educate clients on mental health and medication management.
- Provide direct clinical care, including counseling and crisis intervention.
- Engage in community education and advocacy for individuals with mental illness.
- Maintain licensure and participate in professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work or Nursing.
- Licensed as a Bachelor Social Worker in Michigan.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation: $56,450 – $64,950 annually, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, retirement plans, and paid time off.
