Position Summary:
This role focuses on providing comprehensive resident care, promoting their physical, personal, and emotional well-being, and supporting their independence. The aim is to help residents achieve optimal functioning and prevent regression.

Essential Duties:
Responsibilities include delivering direct care, administering medications, conducting assessments, documenting observations, assisting with daily living activities, and supervising care staff. The position also involves maintaining a restraint-free environment and participating in care meetings.

Qualifications:
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be a licensed practical nurse, hold current CPR certification, and possess at least two years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work compassionately with the elderly are essential.
