Job Overview:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) with limited weekend requirements and self-scheduling options. Weekend shifts vary based on RN experience: 4 shifts for 0-4 years, 3 for 4-10 years, 2 for 10-15 years, and none for 15+ years.

Compensation:
Competitive pay range of $32.61-$49.28, with additional night shift ($4.00/hr) and weekend differentials ($3.25/hr). Comprehensive benefits include BCBS Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401k with 5% match.

Position Summary:
RNs will provide high-level care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support patients and families. Must hold current RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan and BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
BSN and prior RN experience, with proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications.
