**Job Summary:** Families Forward is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide crisis intervention services and assessments for youth and their families. The role involves mobile crisis services in collaboration with community partners, including schools and law enforcement. Responsibilities include case documentation, safety planning, and recommending referrals to various programs.

**Requirements:** Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, along with a valid Michigan credential and at least one year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license are essential.
