Job Summary:

Homeside Rehab is seeking Full-Time Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide quality therapy services to homebound patients in New York City, including Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island. The role offers a flexible schedule, clinical support, and various bonuses. Candidates must hold a valid NYS license and preferably have experience in home health or outpatient settings. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing care plans, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position offers competitive pay starting at $65/hour for Occupational Therapists and $45/hour for Assistants, with opportunities for advancement.
