Job Description

The Clinic-Based Supervising Clinician oversees clinicians and interns, ensuring trauma-responsive and culturally congruent care. Responsibilities include conducting client screenings, evaluations, and treatment, while maintaining a productivity commitment of 10 billable hours weekly. The role involves providing clinical supervision, supporting treatment plan implementation, and offering psychotherapy using various evidence-based modalities. Key qualifications include a valid NYS license (LCSW, Ph.D., or Psy.D.), four years of clinical experience (three in supervision), and strong communication skills.
